Compensation: $41.82/hr ($87,000 annualized) + comprehensive benefits

Snapshot
Lead donor relations and fundraising projects across both c3 and c4 entities. Own donor engagement, proposals/reports, grant management, prospecting, and political donor cultivation to advance the Alliance’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and run donor briefings, convenings, and fundraising events.

Create donor materials (presentations, talking points, briefings).

Draft and track grant proposals & reports with programs/finance.

Research & cultivate PAC/political donors; maintain prospect pipeline.

Support leadership with outreach, meetings, and follow-up.
What You’ll Need

Specialized experience in fundraising/donor relations/political fundraising.

Strong writing & presentation skills; ability to translate complex ideas.

Familiarity with 501(c)(3)/(c)(4) compliance and messaging.

Project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
